We combine therapeutic insight with executive functioning coaching — building real systems for focus, organization, follow-through, and self-regulation. This isn't about managing symptoms. It's about learning to work with your brain instead of against it.

Art Therapy 

You don't need to be an artist. Art therapy simply means we use creative approaches when words aren't enough — or when a fresh angle is what's needed to get unstuck. As a doctorate-level registered art therapist I bring a uniquely creative problem-solving lens to every session, whether we use art materials or not.
